Depends which area of the body you're referring to-different methods for different places!

santamarianovella · 24/02/2014 19:44

rozan laser works if you have dark hair,I'm brunette so i did find it effective, specially for my you know where Blush,, wish I've done it years ago,no more ingrown or that terrible in between waxing stage.

Snapespeare · 24/02/2014 19:55

Eyebrows and (shreik!!!) chin hairs plucked, legs shaved very occasionally in summer. Armpit hair trimmed back when it gets a bit unruly, same for genital area with an occasional shave-off-the-sides if I'm doing a lot of swimming...but a new fifties style swimsuit with short-style bottoms has put paid to that.

I used to shave my pits, but stopped about a year ago. Now I think they look weird bald.

goestoshowyouthough · 24/02/2014 21:59

I feel the same, pre children I spent hours sorting my self out but just don't have the time now! In the short term maybe going for a wax will make you feel better while you think of all the options. And you will get more time to do these things as your baby gets older. It gets easier to keep on top of things! I hope you manage to get a bit of time to make yourself feel better

MoreCrackThanHarlem · 24/02/2014 22:38

Ime mums of tiny babies only look good in OK mag, with a stylist, make up artist, and pots of money and time.
Be kind to yourself Smile

Mrswellyboot · 24/02/2014 22:43

Had lazer on upper lip
Use a razor under arms/legs
Veet legs

Recently had cervical check and realised I hadn't shaved my legs which was something I did two or three times a week but hadn't mid winter with three month old

TallulahBetty · 24/02/2014 22:48

Shave everything off below the neck. Pluck eyebrows. That's it Smile

Viviennemary · 24/02/2014 22:48

Shave under arms
wax legs usually in summer or if I'm going swimming
pluck chin

I hate hate hate body hair and wish I had none.

whereisshe · 24/02/2014 23:29

I have a small baby. I was a yeti until yesterday when I managed to wax my legs and underarms. I'm sure it won't happen again for another few months! Honestly don't beat yourself up about it, there are more important things for you to be doing at the moment.

Puddles1234 · 24/02/2014 23:33

rozanamak I had my full body done with laser hair removal. It's quick painless and if you feel any regrowth after your sessions you can have a top up.

Now I'm pregnant I'm so thankful that I had it done I seriously couldn't be bothered to wax or shave.

Wrapdress · 25/02/2014 01:22

Shave legs and pits.
Wax eyebrows, lip and chin.
Scissor trim and shave sides of bikini area, but no one sees that area but me. if I meet someone and start fornicating I need to figure something else out for bikini area.

Stubbed · 25/02/2014 01:30

I bought an IPL from boots. Changed my life as I'm naturally very hairy no way could I wax or shave everything. Highly recommended. To do legs takes some time but I started with a 3 month old and small areas are v quick.

PastaandCheese · 25/02/2014 06:38

I wax eyebrows. Extended bikini wax. Shave armpits and legs.

As a new mum I just concentrated on my eyebrows as they were so visible along with shaving armpits and legs on days when I wanted to wear a dress

A salon eyebrow wax takes minutes so I'd just get DH to walk pram around the block. I also bought a pot of hot wax to keep at home to use in between salon visits.
