i have the dress. it is fifties style, silk, the print is a beigey/palest gold background with inkblue/black poppies on it. it has straps, tightly fitted bodice and then fullish skirt to just below the knee. wish i could post a link, but LK Bennet's website doesn't have the pic i need.
what i need is a bra that will not show under it (needs to be balconette, underwired, available in size 34 E) in a pale gold/flesh tone.
pair of shoes (need heel, i'm thinking peep toe for the fifties thing, but i need to be able to walk in them so no way can they be thin stilettoe...would have to be wedge or thicker heal).
and something for on top. that's the hardest one. needs to be croppy to show the line of the dress, i'm thinking a jacket or very fine knit cardi of some kind....but what colour to go with dress????
any help gratefully received...i have two weeks to get my shit together.
