First signs of sun - how can I begin to prep!

Wow it's sunny today! How can I make an early start for prepping for sunny days! I always leave it too late!

In terms of what? Getting your pins out? Or dressing in a more summery way?

Get out for a run! Go now

Then when you get back, shower, exfoliate, shave legs and underarms and lash on lots of moisturiser. Repeat daily for the next 3 months and you'll be sorted.

In terms of the whole caboodle! Skin, hair, clothes...

Would love to run but not a runner. People laugh when I run - ive seen myself on video so I understand their mirth. I never know what to do with my arms
