\link{http://www.karenmillen.com/signature-stretch-floral-dress/dresses/karenmillen/fcp-product/103DS00539\here} for a wedding but wondering would it look silly dressed down and worn during the summer. wondering if i'll wear it much! it looks lovely though and i really do love it.

Gorgeous dress and would be perfect in summer with some nice high heeled sandals - you wouldn't look silly at all Smile

Gorgeous dress, really like it. Think it would be tricky to dress down much beyond 'nice lunch out' sort of level.

bakeroony · 21/02/2014 18:59

Oooo it's beautiful!!!

I would buy that myself, and in no way do I subscribe to WAG style.

southeastastra · 21/02/2014 19:06

hopefully i will be invited to some parties to wear it again then! it's the first dress i've found that's flattering i normally wear jeans everywhere.

It's deffo the kind of dress I like - neckline a bit high for me (huge norks so suit lower necklines) Enjoy!

Roussette · 21/02/2014 19:14

Gorgeous dress and would look awful on me with that high neckline. I could imagine it looking fab in a hot country with jewelled flat sandals.

RonaldMcDonald · 21/02/2014 19:15

i hate km but saw this whilst looking at your dress

southeastastra · 21/02/2014 19:29

this hope it works this time
gergette and cashmere top in the atelier range

Chottie · 21/02/2014 20:26

Just gorgeous - I would definitely wear it again, it's just too nice to be left hanging in the wardrobe.

Allthingsprettyreturns · 21/02/2014 20:40

It's too busy for me

HelloBoys · 21/02/2014 21:34

You could potentially dress up and down parties, nights out, jacket over top, BBQ with flats (jewelled sandals) you could also do floral accessories or pick out a colour.

It's not my ideal dress but it looks classy and v nice.

googlenut · 21/02/2014 22:01

What's the mumsnet hate towards Karen millan dresses? I don't shop there myself as don't need to wear that fancy outfit much but the people I've seen in them in real life (both young and in their 50s) look stunning.

cheapskatemum · 21/02/2014 22:29

Hahaha, thanks googlenut, I love KM dresses & had 5 weddings last year so plenty of occasions to wear some. I'm 53, glad this oldie can conceivably still look stunning. I can't do links, but I really like the dress that goes from dark grey at the skirt, through to lighter grey around the waist & is white at bodice.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 21/02/2014 22:41

Deffo with strappy sandles though. Those peep toe boots are vile Confused

Toofattorun · 21/02/2014 23:22

That's a lovely dress!

SarahGoodwin33 · 21/02/2014 23:33

Beautiful dress, yes I would go high strappy sandals
