Anyone had IPL for facial thread veins/rosacea?

I had a patch test for this done yesterday, all fine, no adverse reactions. However it's a pretty big decision and a lot of money to spunk on something if it's not going to work. Any MN testimonials?

I did and it worked really well. The 1st time you do it, you will need several sessions depending on severity. Afterwards, you need to top 1-2x a year, so take this into consideration. The results are great, your skin is like new. In my case, after many years of IPL, I was lucky enough to come across a dermatologist who identified a case of demodex, which is easily treated with creams. So financially, it was a big relief :-)

Oh, wow, thanks - that's really encouraging! Did you have your whole face done or just the problem areas? How many sessions did you need and how far apart?

Amethyst - did you go for it? Thinking of this myself. Any other feedback from anyone, did it work?
