colourist missed 2 areas on highlighted hair

I got half head highlights done on Saturday with new salon. However they've missed the side bits (near hairline) which is where I get white hairs (not many but I can see them).

I'm annoyed the colourist missed them but I didn't point this area out when getting highlights done, but the last stylist (December 2013) got these hairs. i know they can be a hard area to get but as I said other colorists have managed it.

Should i go back and ask to have this done again or just use Clairol Root touch up on it?

Go back and get it redone. I had this when using someone new at my salon. She was so busy chatting she missed two sections. They redid it, but didn't compensate me for my time. My usual hairdresser who is the salon owner was away. She ended up getting rid of the hairdresser who made the mistake. She even kept me waiting when I went back!

Jingle - cheers for this - i only saw it yesterday and rushed out to get some Root Touch up (which I can take back).

This colourist is great but she just missed these sections (they're 2 small sections but at front so can be noticeable).
