Best heat protection product?

Anyone got a heat protector that they think is great?

I have very thick collar-bone length hair, which I blow dry or, more usually, straighten. Hair is in pretty good condition, and I want to keep it that way and grow it a bit longer.

Looking for a product that gives smoothness, shine, reduces frizz, and absolutely doesn't add "body"! The reason I usually straighten it is because even with my best effort at a sleek blow dry, there is such a lot of hair that it gets a bit overwhelming!

Also, anyone who has any good ideas for styles that suit very thick medium/long hair, please share! Thank you!
