For me it's been nude eye liner and Blinc mascara.

Tightlining sounded good but I ended up with eye liner smudged under my eyes within a couple of hours which negated the effect of the non-smudging Blinc mascara! Maybe someone can recommend a non-wandering eye liner?

Nude eyeliner. Inside lower lid. Brightens and opens the eyes. I bought the Rimmel one.

daft question but would it work on brown skin? i have no idea if the inside lower lid is a different colour - i'm not normally this daft honest
