Looking for shoes to go with...

Here. It comes to just below the knee on me. I want to wear it to a dinner so I can get more use out of it but am worried it is just too dressy.

Nice dress. A simple Black ballet flat or a kitten heel would be less dressy than a high heel.

I just noticed the back of the dress. It's pretty dressy alright. What about something like these shoes from boden and a little black cardigan?

Thank you! I was going to wear a little cardigan, probably black or I have a champagne coloured shrug as well. Hadn't thought of a kitten heel, I have tried a block heel but it just looks a little chunky. Will take a look, thanks.
