ive just posted on the exercise board, but thought id have more luck here.

my skin always breaks out in huge, sore red spots when i exercise so looking for any info/advice on why it happens and how to prevent.

my skin is usually ok beforehand - except the occasional one lodger on my chin.

they take ages to go, weeks? there is always a spot on my chin without fail.

You're allergic to excercise. Stop immediately :-)

I've been having spotty problems with my chin. I've started to use the Lumi blue/red light box (too soon to tell yet). A friend has been using one for months and has seen really good improvements in her skin.

frugal that's interesting, I can say all is a match except the hot bath, I don't seem to flair up and my baths are HOT! Grin might be worth mentioning it to my gp?

got quite a few allergies and problems so wouldn't surprise me lol

cerealmom - yes def allergic to exercise haha!
