I only phoned up to ask when they were getting some boots in that I saw in In Style. Rather than fobbing me off with the fact that they haven't had any brochures of autumn stuff in yet she spent 2 days phoning round different press departments and finding out exactly which ones they were. And she phoned me three times to update me on her progress. Bless her. I've never bought Clarks before but now am very excited about them.
