Summer/spring dresses to wear over (cropped?) leggings

Right, you style gurus, please could you help me find such items (see title)? I haven't done proper shopping for so very long, and I don't really know where to start. My internet searches have drawn a blank.

In case these things are relevant:
I like delicate, floral things and prefer cotton (don't really like shiny). But I also quite like things to have a waist.
I cannot do heels.
I'm 5'6'' and size 8-10, but I have D cup boobs, though, so sizing can be tricky.

Thank you very much to anyone reading this!

I love tunic dresses over skinnies and leggings in the summer. However, rather than White Stuff tunics (sorry but ) I love Isabel Marant style tunics such as this . I think this look is perfect as you can layer or de-layer (!) according to the weather: e.g. scarf and vest beneath (or even long sleeve tee with tunic sleeves rolled up to expose tee) or on a lovely warm day, just the dress itself.

With regard to boobs, this dress is great because the loose fit allows for a bust and yet pulling it in with a belt accentuates the waist. This style generally has either buttons or a slit from neckline to bust so again very flattering to a fuller bust.

These block print tunics are not hard to find and tend to be cotton anyway. Like you, I am not a fan of synthetics - particularly for summer. Try People Tree, ASOS and Anthropologie. You could also try TK Maxx. I bought a gorgeous Isabel Marant-a-like there last year by Gharani Strok for a bargain £16. All cotton too. I wore it a huge amount during the summer and continued to wear it through autumn and winter too.

Thank you Ujjayi - that Isabel Marant one is lovely.
I will look up the places you suggest. I had never heard of any of them!

TKMaxx sounds a great idea but I have to shop online - no time to go in-person shopping...

You are welcome.

You can shop online at TK Maxx too :)
