What is the sizing like? What is a large and so on in their tops equivalent to?

ah now i ordered a large trouser in error and its a large 14 I would say.
I dont know about the tops

I think they run small-ish, I ordered an S in the long sleeve run top and it's fine for me, I'm an 8 on top. I take an XS in sweaty betty.

I looked at one of their Large running tops and it looked way bigger than a 12/14
