Long hair- how do you ask hairdresser to cut it?!

I am so sick of my hair ! I flip between having too many layers and hating it , then I grow out the layers and it just hangs there too long around my face which does me no favours so I go back to hairdressers and they over-layer it and I'm back to square one! Grin
What do you ask for when having your long hair cut?!

Few layers around my face but none otherwise-my hair is v wavy and frizzy so needs weight. Bit boring, sorry!

I think you need a new hairdresser. I ask my hairdressers opinion and she's been right so far. I have long layers all over.

I think you need a fringe.

I have a heavy fringe then shorter layers around the front and long layers at the back to take the weight out

New hairdresser.

Good ones can cut more than two styles.
