COLOURED leggings/footless tights?

Matalan. They have lovely colours and wash really well. I have them in all colours (green, grey, navy, lighter blue, purple, burgundy).

Ooh interesting. How much are they? Do you wear them in summer too?

American Apparel, nice and thick and loads of bright colours.

Topshop do tights in lots of colours too. And H&M. I agree with American Apparel - lots of leggings styles and colours, although in my experience, you have to go up about 3 sizes to get into anything without cutting off your circulation

The Matalan ones are £6 but often two for £10. And yes I wear them all year round.

Noticed white stuff sell various colours too.
