Fly London Sminx Sarv Warm. I'm gutted!

I tried getting these in the Black Friday sale but Amazon pulled them at the last second. Reeeeally wanted them so had to order at full price from Schuh. I've got the size 8 but it just seems a bit narrow for my foot. Does anyone know a) if they stretch and b) of any similar styles that may be wider? I'd love some Dr Marten's but I'm not sure I could handle breaking them in!

I got a pair of Dr Maartens for Xmas. I've had some before but not for years. I was expecting them to be painful for a while but bar one blister they have been fine. I think the leather is a bit softer these days.

Thanks Mini. It gets worse. I've just read a thread on here saying the Fly boots aren't waterproof. Are your DMs waterproof? I'm wanting boots for the school run in winter. I have snow boots but they are definite SNOW boots, not everyday wear, so I want something cosy and dry.

Those are the ones, umming. I'm unsure whether to keep them though as I have quite wide feet and they're a bit snug. Thanks.

I read the Amazon reviews and some people suggested getting a size up which I did and they are perfect.

Oh I have those - I'm a size 3.5 and when I got the size 4 they felt really snug. They have definitely eased a bit as the fleece has flattened down.

They've been waterproof for me.
