OK - I know boys will be boys but this is ridiculous! I bought a pair of black school shoes in November for my 10-year old from Debenhams and the soles are completely worn out already and have holes in them. I understand usual wear and tear - but 2 months? I still have the receipt. What are my rights and can I get a refund?
