How do I stop my feet from slipping out of shoes !?!

Hi all,

I haven't worn heels for ages as my feet keep slipping out of them :( The only ones I can wear are the strappy heels but they don't match all outfits. I'm fed up of wearing ballet style shoes !
Does anyone have any advice for me?? I cannot go down a size as my toes are already snug in the current size..

TIA :)

Is it tur back of tour foot that slips? Have a look on amazon for heel grips. I have narrow heels, but not especially narrow feet and they help for me.

The back of your foot that should say :)

I have this problem and a chiropodist told me the reason is that I have flat feet! Lately I do seem to only wear strappy shoes, or boots esp. ankle boots.

Thanks all :) Will try some heel grips... and that doesn't work either then I'll just have to stick with strappy shoes !

btw, I found this when I was googling for 'how to stop feet from sliiping' :)

I use body tape to literally stick my heels to the shoe and under the balls of my feet.
This stops my feet essentially slipping through a peep toe!

Can't tell you have relieved I am to read this thread (sorry mumtosp), I spent three hours yesterday looking for ballet flats with an ankle strap, I live in boots because my feet slip out of everything.

Can't be of any help but good luck, it's so frustrating being limited to shoes styles.

SecretLimonadeDrinker I''m going to try a few suggestions from this post and will get back on this thread with my findings :)

It's just about the fit of the shoe, the right size should not slip.
