I want a Swing Dress with collar and cuffss... help please !!

I am attending a work event next week and really want a black swing dress with white collar and cuffs... a bit like this one but I don't want jersey material as its not formal enough and I am 5ft 2 and a size 14. Please any ideas you lovely S&B ladies? Thank you!
