So lots of the tall ranges are really casual. I'd like a tall coat with a removeable hood that looks smart for day or night. Not 'outdoor' type. I have a young style. So should be young, practical... I'd like a smart looking black parka or raincoat but seems impossible so looks like I'll have to buy 2- a casual parka for the day and a dressy black long coat for the evening...
