Can you help me accessorise this dress for a wedding - in less than a month?!?

I finally found a dress I like phew :)

Now for accessories!

I'm thinking black tights, black court shoes and a jacket.

Am I on the right track?

Can you point me in the right direction - with a tight budget!

Black is very safe and it would work but how about adding a cream jacket/blazer or a (faux) fur shrug?

Oh maybe cream - I'm a SAHM so was hoping for so etching I could wear again. Cream might be a bit limiting....

I think cream or gold would be preferable to black, I think sometimes black can kill other colours, which would be a shame with such a lovely blue.

I'm struggling to find anything online that isn't navy or black and has a waist. I don't think it'd look right with a loose style iykwim, I think it needs a button to nip it in at the waist - to balance the width of the tulip skirt.

Any ideas where to look?
