Bugga! Half the back of my crown has broke off, can't afford a replacement!

So I'm not in any pain, phew! And it doesn't effect my appearance if i smile. It's literally just the back top bit if my crown that's broken off. It's the last thing I need in terms of paying out, really don't want to be looking at a hefty dentist bill. I will not eat my kids sweets ever again.

Arghh!

Have a good day I have had both my front teeth crowned and repaired when the back of each of them has cracked then broken off. My dentist uses some kind of filler that repairs the crown. I have had both teeth repaired this way more than once and I suppose long term I will need to have both crowns replaced. My dentist says that I must have a bite like a crocodile!

bobble I'm not sure what the dentist bonded to your tooth but there's nothing you can repair a crown with in the mouth so unfortunately a new crown is the only answer OP, I'm sure your dentist smoothed the 'join' but there's nothing that can be done and sadly we've got no NHS spaces free so I can't invite you to my workplace Wink
