Make up compact? Or will the products not be as good?

I start my day with make up but it always comes off a few hours later. I have decided I need to start taking a bit of make up with me in my bag especially to work and topping up. Are there any decent compacts that's age a bit of everything? Think I am winter colouring if that helps anyone. I am dark haired, brown eyes and fair Ish skin with yellow Ish tones.

As I understood it winters have cool colouring so would have pinkish undertones not yellowish.I am sure someone with more knowledge will be along soon.

I think Bobbi Brown has some good palettes, maybe Nars.

Thanks will have a look. I have never had a colour consultation so could be very wrong on the colour thing, I suit navy but only very dark navy and strong colours in general for clothes, jewell colours I think they may be called .(emerald green etc)

Nars has a new compact which has had great reviews. Also bobbi brown does a touch up stick which is great for carrying around.
Good luck and ask for samples x

Thank you good idea. Don't think we have a nars stockist locally but maybe I need a shopping trip somewhere with lots of choice!
