Interview wear - can I wear a top under this dress?

Not the particular top I'm wearing in the photos, but is there a particular style of top I could wear under this that would look ok for an interview?

A blouse with a deep cuff?

I think wearing a jacket over it would look more professional

I've given up on trying to get a jacket that fits, it's not going to happen in the time I've got.
