Good and reasonably priced cream for neck?

I use coconut oil on my combination face and neck but I noticed this morning that the skin on my neck did not snap back immediately when I pulled it (yes, wth was I doing pulling my neck skin?). Anyway, any recommendations for a good cream to halt this or could I just pick up any heavy face cream?

I have eczema so I use diprobase. Quite heavy but soon sinks in.

I use coconut oil at night, let it soak in for a bit then add a layer of Nivea before bed. I use Astral in the day. Both brilliant moisturisers and cheap as chips

I use a slather of vaseline at night. Used to buy pricey creams but they are not a patch and always made me itch. Vaseline has changed my life!

Lotta I had no Nivea in so tried out DH's one and I felt an improvement. I am, however, a great fan of good old Vaseline Ninja so I'm giving that a go tonight.
