Help needed with improving the condition of my hair

I have fine hair, which seems to be getting thinner with age and not really growing

Am looking for something to help thicken it, make it look more healthy and promote hair growth

Can anyone recommend a supplement or shampoo/treatment that they swear by

I have the same problem.

I use Tricologic supplements - they really do work for me. I had a lot of damaged hair on the crown of my head, which didn't really grow properly, but it's become a lot thicker and longer. They are expensive, although cheaper on Amazon than in Boots...

Never heard of Tricologic, will have a look

My hair is just getting me down :-(
