Growing my hair and it's taking an age. Are those hair supplements worth trying, or just a waste of money?

I've been taking biotin for a couple of months, it does work on hair i think....because I'm growing long eyebrow hairs! My hair is already long and thick and grows like a weed, so not sure ill see any difference there....I only notice on my eyebrows because they're normally v fine but seem to be thickening up...I stopped taking it for a month (me, I'm faddy) and suddenly noticing more hair loss....I realised I want losing any while on it!

So yes, think it works, would take a while though and apparently if you have oily skin, it can cause spots.

I always wonder with these supplements - do they increase body hair?

I just want my head hair and eyelashes to be abundant, no where else Grin

Me too! I have oily skin so might leave it, don't want to make it worse!

Jason does both biotin and thickening products - get them here. Great value shampoos and conditioners since you get a ton.

Thanks, Fergus Smile

Might give it a bash.
