Can I wear a play suit and really not look like mutton?

I really like this, but I think I might be too old for it. I'm just 40, fairly petite, 5ft tall, size 8.

I'm not really interested in the views people who think you can wear anything regardless of age, I personally don't believe this. I think it's very brave to still wear childlike/teenage clothes when you are older, but definitely not my style. But I do want am honest view.

I'd wear it with thick black tights here, and probably only on holiday with bare legs.

Thank you!

All I think when I see that is 100% polyester would be very sweaty on holiday.

I don't think you're too old for it though.

Its lovely but I think it's one for the teenagers.

I like playsuits but they would be too much of a pita to go to the loo in. And yes to the sweaty polyester crotch!

I am a similar age and size to you. I live in playsuits and just wear tights or leggings underneath. I think that playsuit will be fine for you to wear now, but I agree with you, I think there is an age limit to wearing this kind of thing.

A playsuit with your stats = fine.

That playsuit is ok from the front but looks like an 80's teddy from the back with the cheap looking black lace. Not keen at all.

playsuit, yes. That ghastly creation, no.

wow - are jumpsuits back in?
