Big birthday this month. I would like ideas for a ring/earrings that aren't expensive. No precious stones etc.

I like simple jewellery.
I have a lovely Oliver Bonas necklace that i really like.

My DH has asked me what i would like and im thinking maybe a ring or some earrings.
nothing too expensive, i suppose max budget will be about £50
Does anyone have any ideas on where to look?

Jenny Lewellan does affordable designs in silicone. I have two pairs of her earrings and they are both wearable and unique. If you are in London, she is part of the Dazzle exhibition in the Oxo Tower.

I've only ever bought bracelets from them but I think Silver by Mail has some nice simple rings in your price range, haven't looked at earrings.

I know it wasn't what you had in mind but I love all the bracelets and bangles I've got from them too so you could always have a look, just in case!

For nice costume jewellery try Bill Skinner. Asos have some of his designs in the sale at the moment

Not On The High Street and Folksy are also good places to look.
