I nipped in the other day to get their concealer and there whole range was gone apart from some random pieces of makeup.

I am completely with you on that one. I love their make up for every day wear especially the lippy, but alas they have a few random glosses and nothing else. The lipstick was a gorgeous colour and I've teased every last bit out with a brush but sadly it's run out.
Try emailing them.

Allthreerolledintoone · 04/01/2014 23:24

Seems strange seeing as there make up range is so rated by everyone :-/

Only powders and mascara available at my local one at the moment.
I don't like the powders, they smell weird but the mascara is good.
Glad they have started doing the miracle oil (rip off Moroccan oil) again, it went AWOL for a few months.

I was looking for a mascara in there last summer and asked the manager. They have discontinued the make up and will only be doing specials.

Allthreerolledintoone · 05/01/2014 22:21

Really that is really sad can any one recommend and alternalative cheap concealer??

LIDL is just as good.

LadyVetinari · 06/01/2014 01:06

Allthrerolledintoone - Collection 2000 Cover Up Stick (£2) is great if you want something relatively thick and long-lasting for blemishes, and L'oreal Touche Magique (about £8) is a pen-style liquid concealer that's great for covering dark circles and minor blemishes.

LadyVetinari · 06/01/2014 01:07

Sorry, I missed an 'e' out of your name! Blush

LadyVetinari · 06/01/2014 01:07

(And an 'r'...)

mathanxiety · 06/01/2014 05:14

It has all disappeared from around me except the day and night creams, so I have stocked up on them.

chimchar · 06/01/2014 06:48

Was going to post the same thing.

I'm nearly out of concealer...went to replace it...NOTHING! Lady in the shop said the range has been discontinued.

Watching this thread with interest.......hope it's just a temporary thing.

sunnyfriday · 06/01/2014 10:21

I read somewhere that they are discontinuing their make up range (but not the skin care).

it is a shame really. some of the things were really good (and cheap).

FuckyNell · 06/01/2014 10:27

Yes the blusher was a good dupe for nars orgasm apparantly

Piscivorus · 06/01/2014 10:46

Their lip gloss was gorgeous, my favourite Sad

LittleBabyPigsus · 06/01/2014 12:32

Try Home Bargains for Derma V10 mascara - it's £1.50 ish, this one. Should be able to find it on ebay if no Home Bargains nearby. I've been using it for a bit and it's pretty good!

Best Nars Orgasm dupe is Sleek's Rose Gold blusher, bit more expensive than Aldi but you get loads of product and it's such nice quality.

DipMeInChocolate · 06/01/2014 12:37

Gutted too, loved the concealer. Got a similar replacement from rimmel, wake me up concealer £4. Not quite as good but will have to do.

Buzzardbird · 06/01/2014 12:46

I read on here that Mua from Superdrug is very good and well priced. I have tried their eyeshadows but not overly impressed, colour good but not very blendable.

minibmw2010 · 06/01/2014 14:03

Was gutted to see their eye cream was gone. They used to have 3 different kinds, but they only have one now and it's not the same at all. What a stupid decision on their part Hmm

Levantine · 06/01/2014 16:03

The blusher was amazing
