Keeping feet comfy in leggings

Please enlighten. What do you wear on you feet in winter with leggings? If wearing boots, ok I can put socks on and keep tootsies warm. But don't want freezing feet in shoes. Pop socks seem strange, what do you do?

Never wear leggings with shoes for this very reason........only boots. I suffer with cold feet much of the time.

SavoyCabbage · 04/01/2014 10:00

You can't. You wear boots until it's warm enough for shoes, or you wear those thick tights with shoes.

GirlWithTheDirtyShirt · 04/01/2014 10:01

I wouldn't wear leggings with shoes unless it was warm enough to wear with ballet shoes or sandals.

NoComet · 04/01/2014 10:43

Boots or converse and socks
My 15y sometimes wears pumps and black pop socks, but my feet are always cold in winter.

Minimammoth · 04/01/2014 12:14

Ah I thought as much. Suffer, or boots until warmer weather.

I'm not sure leggings and shoes look right though- don't think it really goes! Wouldn't you see the track of the pop sock?

fedup21 · 04/01/2014 14:00

I think leggings and shoes together look awful (unless it's ballet style pumps and you are very slim). It makes people's legs look like chunky parsnips!

Minimammoth · 04/01/2014 17:01

Yes red pencil, that is the dilemma, but a do like ballet pump style shoe and leggings, but cold toes. I suppose tights under leggings would be a travesty.
