Do warm hat and gloves that aren't a fashion crime exist?

I currently have fleece lined wool hat and gloves.
I'm sure they are a fashion crime.
Do hats and gloves which actually keep me warm, and don't look too tantamount wear exist? Where to start looking. Just wool gloves have never stopped my finger s from freezing.

I've got a purple coat, if that affects anything - like this

I've got a pair of cashmere lined leather gloves which are good for keeping the chill out. On my head I wear a variety of cashmere beanies which must cover my ears. Cos is my current favourite for these.
