There's an ingredient that's very good at fading them but it's banned for use as a skin whitener in the EU. although I'm sure there are some places you can get it
Where in the world are you?

Aside from that, a good AHA may help.

Clinique dark spot corrector claims to fade them. Ive never tried it so I can't say if it works or not.

Used it to remove face pigmentation I have had since pregnancy. Took a while but cannot see it now, was quite obvious before.

Retin A, any cream with glycolic or salicylic acid, or a few sessions of IPL.
