Need an outfit for DP. Anyone stylish men/partners of stylish men?

DP is very handsome but has no clue about clothes. When we met he wore white sports socks with a suit and black leather shoes

I'd like to get him a new outfit for his birthday. By rights he should have great style - he loves art and design and works in a creative/media industry. He also has a sexy beard!

So, any tips please? Which shops should I look
in? What should I buy? Can't afford designer but willing to go up from Topman!

I work with a lot of creative client-side and most guys wear Urban Outfitters and the Kooples. Price tag isn't cheapest but could be useful for ideas.
