Can I just use any old coconut oil for cleansing my face ?

Or does it have to be special organic stuff, picked from the trees by young children and pressed by virgins ? (Yes, I am looking for the cheapest option )

Nah. I use coconut oil from Holland and Barrett, 2 big jars for about £12 when the penny sale is on. The only oil I won't use again was a cheapy Superdrug perfumed one which I used on my hair but made my face really itchy.
