Shimmering day cream is excellent. Not tried anything else..

Dontletthemgetyoudown · 28/12/2013 22:03

I didn't like the moisturisers. They didn't seem to sink into my skin and just sat there leaving a residue that balled up like pva glue when I put my foundation on.

Fluffycloudland77 · 28/12/2013 22:35

I like wrinkle stop.

Keep the receipt and if you don't like it return it at the till for a refund.

RedPencils · 28/12/2013 22:37

I like the day cream and the night cream.
The shimmer day cream is lovely but it hasn't been in my Aldi for ages.

Stay away from the makeup.

I use the serum for normal skin and the Lacura day and night creams. They all suit my skin very well (dry and sensitive).

Don't know about Aldi, but how about Superdrug? I know Sali Hughes has recommended their skincare before. I've used their own brand body butter which is super cheap and really not bad at all.

Been using Aldi moisturiser for years- I am currently on the red top one. Brilliant. I am nearly 43 :( but always being told I look younger, I haven't gone grey and I suppose my skin is pretty good for my age. No harm in trying it?

faustina · 29/12/2013 06:56

I'm trying the serum and it smells horrible - like loo cleaner. The moisturiser isn't that great either - doesn't sink in. Won't be buying them again

I have oily skin and really like the Aldi day cream and serum with the green lid.

Their BB cream is very good. It seems to be only in once a year here in Melbourne, so I've stocked up.

JemimaPuddle · 29/12/2013 07:56

Not Aldi but I've just started using superdrug vit e day & night creams - vitamin e intensive moisture day cream, vitamin e night cream and vitamin e oil.

I've used the hot cloth cleanser for a while and love it. My skin had gone nuts, dry, flaky & a few spots and my usual creams didn't seem to be doing much. They were on buy 1 get one half price at £2.99 each.

They are gorgeous to use and have really calmed my skin is highly recommend them and I normally use one which is £20 plus

I like the Aldi eye cream but their face products are generally too perfumed for me. The body lotion in the white bottle is good but I found the lotion for extra dry skin (navy bottle) was too sticky and didn't absorb well.

I'd recommend the vitamin E and naturally radiant Superdrug ranges as well.
