Some really nice stuff for £30-35 - crap, I cannot decide. And actually don't need any boots...

Enjoy!!

Thanks for that, I wasn't going to buy from them again as they took weeks and weeks to get back to me on something. But they did eventually resolve the matter.

I have just bought the seven boot lane Abella zip ankle boots in black and in tan as both were reduced to £60 each. Nice easy to wear, go with everything ankle boots.

I'll have to live vicariously through your purchases - nice boots.

I think Brandalley tend to take a long time because of how they process orders or something?

I've ordered from them only twice I think and always got things as described after a few weeks. I sent one item back and my money was refunded v quickly.

Do be careful with that company and use PayPal or a credit card to protect your purchases.

After being a loyal customer they left me high and dry. Have a look at the comments on their Facebook page before making a purchase!

PacificDingbat · 22/12/2013 18:46

Oh really, that's worrying, Hataera - thanks.

I've not had problems with them, but like I said have not used them that much. And always with credit card. Ah well.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is

I've had loads of things from them over the last year. However, there was some awful IT meltdown in the autumn, resulting in payment being taken but no orders going out. I don't believe they are fraudsters or anything like that, but be mindful of the method you use to pay just in case!

shopafrolic · 22/12/2013 23:11

Yes, please be careful. They have all sorts of issues, finally refunded an order for me that never showed up but only after repeated messages to customer services, and their Facebook and Twitter pages. Definitely pay by a protected method if you're going to buy something.

OneLittleLady · 22/12/2013 23:27

I too say be careful. I had masses of trouble getting an order fulfilled recently and it was only after badgering them through Facebook that I got anyone to answer me, as ringing the customer services line was useless as they never answered at all.
