Gel?

cloudskitchen · 21/12/2013 22:42

The thought of that makes my eyes water (lots of things make my eyes water Grin ) I rather think you might look like you've been crying.

As teenagers a friend of mine brought one in a sephora in Paris. This was about 15 years ago but maybe try their website?

She did look like she had conjunctivitis when she wore it mind you.... Grin

I've got a glittery one! Can't remember where it's from.

If you want matt, I'd get a pressed eyeshadow from a cheap, teenager-y brand like Stargazer (I've got their red, it's excellent) & mix it with this sealing gel.

You could experiment with a dab of pound shop hair gel before splashing out on the Illamasqua stuff - I've found that works well, just for not quite as long...

southeastastra · 21/12/2013 23:02

ooh the sealing gel sounds fab!

Actually...

Illamasqua does (did?) a rather wonderful dark red / burgundy liquid eyeliner. I bought mine a couple of years ago so don't know if it's still around in shops. But it's amazing; doesn't look odd.

Have a search for it.

Here!

Scarletohello · 21/12/2013 23:12

My God why would you want to??

Fancy dress? ( I hope...)

( a hangover would probably work too..)

:)

ravenAK · 21/12/2013 23:13

Is it this one?

havoc eyeliner. More aubergine than red but looks lovely.

ravenAK · 21/12/2013 23:14

x-post! Grin.

southeastastra · 21/12/2013 23:14

mm that's rather nice too! who stocks illamasqua?

It's gorgeous. I found the "wet-look" texture a bit scary at first but now I wonder why all eyeliners aren't like that.

So no, not red red but a very wearable colour.

ravenAK · 21/12/2013 23:21

Online, Selfridges, Debenhams - or their own shops in Leeds, London & Liverpool.

I don't actually work for them Grin. I'm just quite aware of them because of their support for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, which I've helped promote/support for a few years now. Also because their products are fab Smile.
