Yesterday morning on the train I saw a lady wearing a beautiful dress, but I lacked the courage to compliment her and ask her where she got it.
It was knee length, georgette/chiffonny type fabric, floaty skirt, more fitted top. Long sleeves, not fitted apart from at the cuff. It was high necked with a narrow V slit, if that makes sense. Black background and the cuffs, collar and yoke were block black. The rest of the dress was black background with bright green and red splodges, except when you looked, the arty splodges were actually parrots.
Can anyone help? I'm googling parrot dress without any luck
