I ordered 3 pairs boots/shoes. I am always a 39 in ASH. Have quite a few pairs. The blue suede boots were huge and were falling off even zipped up. I asked them if they could sort out but they said not faulty and I would need to pay to send them back. They say it states generous fit on ankle (I don't think that means they will fall off!)...I have not been that impressed with the customer service and have sent them back courier at my own expense. I don't usually order from them direct and wondered if they were generally not that great...
