Try a 30dd or e. The 30dd is the same cup as you wear but on a smaller band so should give better support and lift

if you're unsure go to a Bravissimo and get measured.

I thought I was a 32 band for years (about C or D cup) turns out I am a 28FF.

the bra should fit tightly (but not uncomfortably tightly) round the bust area and support the bosoms. sniggers at bosoms Smile

I'd definitely try a 30DD.

They're my measurements, I used to wear a 30e, moved up to a 30f and am now a 30ff. I swear my boobs haven't got bigger, but I think your weight settles slightly differently as you get older. I was fitted in bravissimo, they once tried to get me into a 28 but it really dug in and didn't get better: aside from that time, they're really good

God I can't imagine I could possible be a DD or E cup but will give it ago, I have implants and after I had them M&S Measured me first at a B cup but she then decided that as they were "fake" I wasn't getting true reading, they are very round and full not big sticking out if you know what I mean very teenager type boobs!

I am pretty happy with D cup but reading on her I might be on wrong size as I have to adjust strps slot and something seem to get fat pounces under my armpits that just don't make sense as I'm a size 6/8 and very slender!

Going shopping at weekend so will try some new sizes out

Fat pouches under the armpits suggest the cup is too small. If you scoop (info on the better bra campaign blog) you should be able to manhandle that in to your cups. However it will only stay there if a: the cup is big enough and b: the band is tight enough.

I'd maybe start with the 30E.

this website is good as it helps to see what a bra size really looks like. A 30E isn't huge by any stretch but especially if you've suffered M&S fitting it probably sounds huge. And it wasn't your implants distorting their fitting, it was their shit fitting method. Only difference is that because your boobs are firmer less of them would be able to escape out the armpits/back than most women. Which is where your norks end up when M&S fit you...
