I'm not fat as such. But how to lose some weight/bloat before Christmas?

I am very short at 5 ft2. Carrying a bit extra all over but mainly around middle and thighs and bum. Also chin! How do I slim my chin and face? Any tips etc never done a proper detox or whatever but I'm open minded.

It's the wheat and the sugar that are the baddies.

I eat potatoes, fruit, meat, no or very very little wheat and sugar. They're both easy to replace. I eat lots of food that most people would call fatty but I've lost a lot of weight just by cutting out the wheat and sugar.

You need to exercise. That's the most important part.

I agree with whoever said fasting - easier than low carb! 5:2. And nothing with added sugar.
