which tights with navy dress for 4 year old DD

DD wearing this dress for wedding next week with sparkly silver shoes.
Tried sparkly silver tights but didn't look right (maybe the ones I got were too dark).
Would sparkly navy or white look better do you think?

m&s did some nice purple sparkly tights? might look nice?

White or cream. That's quite a grown up (although very nice) dress for a little girl, I think you need to balance it out to keep it just childlike enough.
