Despairig - nothing I buy looks right

Hi I'm 5ft 5 and a size 18 with a large tummy and quite big boobs. I've been buying jumpers for winter and nothing seems to look good. It doesn't seem to matter what I try nothing looks right. Should I just give up and accept that due to my size and shape that's how its going to look? Getting quite fed up now and down as it just doesn't seem to be worth bothering.

Ach, you've missed a trick - jumpers do often tend to look shit. It's not you. They are a bugger to buy right - at least a s bad as jeans IME. AS a result I've given up both. The fuckers.

I've also just given up on jumpers (unless it's too cold to care what I look like) and stick to cardigans.

do you go for a longer length cardigan? What do you wear instead MrsLettuce (by the way I agree about jeans)
