Acupuncture facial rejuvenation

Anyone ever tried acupuncture facial rejuvenation? Was thinking of having a session post Christmas?
Is it any good?

I had a course of this. I would say on the actual day my face looked softer and glowed but I can't say I noticed any improvements or anything else of note. It only seemed to do anything the same day of treatment. Sad
