What shall I wear with blue wrap dress?

I know not everyone likes them but have a mid royal blue wrap dress. knee length, ruffle on skirt. I am size 16.

could do with a shrug or jacket for warmth but not sure on colour/style.

Any suggestions?

No great ideas, sorry, only that you need to keep it very simple/ uncluttered with that ruffle on the skirt.

Also, I like black with royal blue.

Me too. I have black heels which will go. Will look for simple jacket then
