Would anyone like to help me pick a new perfume?

Pretty please? Someone has offered to buy me a bottle for Christmas and I'd like a new one, but I don't know what to ask for. I have limited time tomorrow to visit Selfridges/Boots/Debenhams and try a few, could anyone point me in direction of a new scent?

(My last scent was Herve Leger femme, I also like CK Be, and I also love men's scents like Caroline Herrera 212 Men, Clinique Happy for men (can't stand the women's version though) and Essenza di Zegna by Ermengildo Zegna).

Any ideas?

I like Jimmy Choo Flash.

If you like masculine scents, Tom Ford's Tuscan Leather is incredible - but it is hideously expensive.

The Clarins red one is nice - quite masculine and spicy.

Paul Smith's men's ones are lovely too.

What budget are you looking at?
Bulgari black and Chanel Bois Des Iles are both great

Hermes has some nice things. Their fragrances tend not to be too 'girly' so if you like men's scents, this may be a good brand to look at. They have a good range in the Perfume Hall at Selfridge. If you go to the Hermes section in the Luxury Hall (or whatever it's called), where they sell their handbags, scarfs, etc, you'll find a different selection of perfume. You might like some of the ones in the Hermessence range, as a lot of them tend towards the unisex.

If you want a one-stop shop with knowledgeable staff, who are able to guide you, try Les Senteurs. They are on Seymour Place in Marble Arch:

They might be a good bet.
