How many squirts of perfume do you wear?!

I see people putting 4 or 5 squirts but I think that would be too strong for me- especially during the day.
I can never smell my perfume and rarely get people commenting on it so am thinking it could be that I don't put enough on!!

Depends on the strength of the perfume and also which scent it is. A light scented Eau de Toilette and I'll be more liberal. A musky, heavier pure perfume (mainly worn at night) and less would be more.

Perfume covers up your natural pheromones. This is especially important if you are on a date with a new person you want to shag appear alluring to.

I also think depends on the perfume. I wear one squirt of the stronger ones and two of the less heady ones - always on my neck/chest area. I am at 4/5 squirts as I think it would make me feel sick (never mind anyone else) to have so much scent hanging around me all day!!

Depends what perfume it is. I'm currently using Paul Smith Rose for day, and it's lovely, quite cheap and not very strong so I use 5 sprays. One behind each ear, one on the wrist patted to the other, one in the cleavage and one in the air to walk through. Sounds a lot but it's a really subtle scent.

In evenings I wear Chanel Mademoiselle or Alien, both are pretty strong so just 3 - one behind each ear then patted with wrists, then one in the cleavage.

Might start spraying my arse though, love it!

No you shouldn't rub your wrists together as it disperses the perfume much more quickly.

I can only smell it for a few minutes but I can always smell it on my scarves when I put them on.

Reading this I now understand why some people waft by in a cloud of 'aroma' (and not always in a good way tbh depending on the perfume) - 4 or 5 squirts!!

in my defence, my three squirts are three small squirts, I never press the squeezy bit in as far as it goes.

Obviously differences in perception as to what is strong - when I use Paul Smith Rose I find it quite overpowering and only do one squirt to walk through. My squirts are always very short bursts too, the shortest I can manage. I like my scents very subtle - I don't use stronger headier ones at all.

I wear a light eat de toilette body mist for everyday so two sometimes three squirts.
For stronger perfumes it will just be one.

At the moment I'm using 4, but that's because the nozzle thingy is broken and only a teeny bit comes out.
Apparently you are only meant to put perfume where you would like to be kissed!

So the kisswr can taste the alcohol? I don't think perfume tastes...

You're meant to put perfume on your hot spots, so inside of elbows, backs of knees, so that when you warm up it increases the smell of your scent.

I sometimes spray my hair brush and brush my hair.
