Dress me for Christmas someone pretty please

I have got two Christmas dinners, a (not particularly glitzy) party and a lunch to go to over Christmas - and as there will be different people at all I can get away with one dress. Budget is around £50-£70.
I'm looking for something day-to-evening that is not black. I am size 16-18, hourglass and tend to suit greens, blues and purples. Black kills me and I look hideous in red or pink. Would also like to hide my upper arms. No shorter than kneelength but I have reasonably good bosomage.
And I need to buy online as I have no access to shops atm. Tall order I know but has anyone seen anything nice out there? Confidence is fairly low atm as I am the heaviest I've ever been and can't seem to lose it so I would like to make the effort to look nice.

I gave up looking for dresses, and instead have bought a sparkly top from Coast to wear with jeans (or would go with nice trousers or pencil skirt):

If I were you, I'd do my best to buy today while all the Black Friday deals are still on, but the majority end today, so get shopping!!

Hi op
There are some super dresses in Dorothy Perkins ATM. The fit and flare style ( like a longer skater dres) is a very flattering shape .
Something in teal - a good colour this Xmas .
this
A v neck is also more flattering if you are conscious of your norkage .
Spend some money on a blow dry the day if the event- its a real confidence boost Smile

Thank you Cremola. I have bought it. There was an extra 10% off whhich made it the bargainous total of £22 so I still have the budget for a second - perhaps more partyish - dress if any has got any ideas. Will let you know how this one turns out!
