Please tell me how to use eyeliner

I have just bought this eyeliner.

I have no idea what to do with it . Can anyone please enlighten me?

Or line the waterline of your upper or lower lids

Thanks good. So, I could use it to draw a line next to my eyelashes either on the outside or the inside? What do these two different things look like? I'd like to draw more attention to my eyes, and to look a bit more edgy .

Yes - so you can line your top eyelid next to the lashes, or your bottom lid next to the lashes
Your waterline is the wet bit (technical!) and this is usually known as tight lining. Lining the lower wet bit gives you more Diana/kate Middleton look but can be a bit harsh
Not a lot of people seem to know about lining the upper wet bit but it helps define your eyes
I would start with trying the upper lid next to lashes. And it washes off anyway if you hate it!

Oh, I love the lining the wet upper bit - it looks striking, but also seems to be natural. I think my eyeliner will be suitable for that. I'll try the upper lid next to lashes too. Ta!
